## Positioning

AcornRetain is a cancel-flow retention tool for subscription businesses billing on Stripe. When a subscriber clicks cancel, it shows a branching survey and makes one retention offer: a discount, a pause, a plan change, or a trial extension. Accepted offers are applied to the subscriber's Stripe subscription automatically, using the tenant's own existing Stripe coupons, prices, and plans; it never creates new billing objects. Eligibility rules and cooldowns are enforced server-side, so a subscriber cannot farm the same discount by cancelling repeatedly.

It is deliberately one tool rather than a retention platform: there is no dunning or failed-payment recovery, no win-back campaign builder, and no billing provider other than Stripe. Pricing is flat per account rather than scaled to revenue or to the revenue saved, and every app a customer runs is included on one bill.
