Server-side by default
The browser can request an offer; only our server decides whether the subscriber gets it, after checking your rules against what they have already been granted. The page a subscriber is looking at never decides what they are owed.

If you want failed-payment recovery, win-back campaigns, and cancel flows from one vendor with one contract, buy the platform. AcornRetain does not do dunning, and pretending otherwise would waste your evaluation.
What switching involves
The browser integration follows the same shape as the incumbent: a script tag, an init call, and a keyed hash of the customer identifier. In practice a migration is a script URL swap, a rename in the init call, and repointing the signing secret at your AcornRetain app key. Your survey and offers get rebuilt in our dashboard, which is usually an afternoon.
