AcornRetain is a product of PerfSpot LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and PerfSpot LLC.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the offers and content you configure.
• Do not use the service to defraud, spam, harass, or do anything illegal.

The service

The service is provided as is, with no warranties and no uptime guarantee. We may update the product, pricing, and terms, and we will try to be reasonable about notice.

We are not a payment processor and not your billing provider. AcornRetain shows cancellation flows and applies the changes you configure, such as a discount or a pause, to your connected Stripe account. You remain responsible for your billing, your pricing, and your relationships with your own customers.

Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfSpot LLC and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, missed payments, data loss, or other consequences arising from your use of the service. You use AcornRetain at your own risk.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Assignment

We may transfer or assign these terms and our rights and obligations under them, at any time, to any affiliate, acquirer, or successor. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

Ending things

• You can stop using the service at any time.
• We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
