Billing questions
- What counts as a session?
- One subscriber going through your cancel flow once, regardless of how many survey steps or offers they see. Only live-mode sessions count toward your limit; Test mode is always unlimited.
- Can I run more than one product?
- Yes. Every plan includes unlimited apps, each with its own cancel flow, API key, and Stripe connection, on one account and one bill. We never charge per app.
- What happens if I go over the Free limit?
- Free covers 10 live sessions per calendar month (UTC), and we email you on the way there, at 5 and again at 10. The first month you go past 10 is a grace month: everything keeps running to the end of it, nothing is switched off mid-month. From the month after that, live cancel flows stop until you upgrade to Pro at $49/month. A subscriber who clicks cancel then gets a plain confirm dialog and their cancellation goes straight through, so nothing hangs or fails silently. Upgrade and your flow is back the moment you pay. Test mode keeps working throughout.
