Cancellation & Refund Policy
AcornRetain is a product of PerfSpot LLC. This policy covers your AcornRetain subscription with us.
Month-to-month, no contract
Paid AcornRetain plans are billed monthly in advance. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and it is not renewed. You keep access until then.
Refunds
Monthly charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, because you retain access for that period. If you were charged in error, or something on our side prevented you from using the service, contact us and we'll make it right — including a prorated or full refund where appropriate.
